Investor groups are willing to pay cash today to buy the policy from you, they take over full responsibility including the monthly premium payments, and they become the beneficiary of the policy.
 

This is an investment for them, so they aren’t looking to buy a term policy that will end. BUT most term policies have a conversion option which will turn them into a permanent policy which is exactly what these investors go after.
